爬壁机器人

        对于各类恐怖组织和恐怖分子,反恐是世界各国共同面对的综合性问题,为此专门研制一种用于反恐侦查的爬墙机器人。As the sub-project of armed anti-terrorist operation platform research,Specifically developed a kind of wall-climbing robot for anti-terrorism investigations.

        一、技术特点Key Technology Description

        (1)、离心风扇负压产生装置,风扇为专用设计,具有大流速、低转速的特点;

        Centrifugal fan negative pressure generator,specialized fan design, with a large flow rate, low-speed characteristics

        (2)、基于PID调节技术的直流伺服电机驱动控制器,启动电流超过10A,连续电流大于7A的直流电机驱动控制器;

        DC servo motor driver controller based on the PID regulator technology.The technology is totally designed by Robotics Institute,independent R & D,fairly mature now.

        (3)、基于无线通讯模块的300m无线通讯技术,开发专用通讯协议,保证通讯的实时性和准确性。

        300m wireless communication technology based on wireless communication module. In this technology,the communication module is a purchased part.Robot Institute write communication protocols based on the communication module,assure the accuracy and real-time property of communication

        (4)、基于PC104的可视化界面远程控制箱技术,PC104可看作简化的台式电脑,配合触摸屏、摇杆电位器、开关、AD采集卡等对人手的控制信息进行识别,通过触摸屏显示结果,并将控制信息通过无线通讯模块传送给机器人。

        PC104-based visual interface remote control box technology,PC104 can be seen as a simplified desktop computers,with the touch screen, joystick potentiometers, switches, AD acquisition card etc,PC104 identify the control information by man power,display the results through the touch screen,and send the control information to the robot through the wireless communication module.

        三、功能 Function

        (1)、基于负压吸附原理设计,单吸盘,四轮移动结构方式,锂聚合物电池提供动力,无线遥控操作;based on negative pressure adsorption principle, single cupula,four-wheeled mobile struction,lithium-polymer battery-powered,wireless remote control.

        (2)、搭载无线摄像头,能在玻璃表面、外墙瓷砖面、外墙涂料面、金属表面和水泥粉刷面等进行爬行动作,实现隐秘侦查功能。Equipped with wireless camera. Abled to do crawling movements in the glass surface, wall tile surface, exterior paint surfaces, metal surfaces and cement -painted surfaces etc

        A、军事上可以搭载无线微型摄像头,用作反恐防暴侦查,进行人质援救时探测屋内罪犯和人质的分布情况。In military,it can be equipped with wireless micro-camera to use for anti-terrorism and anti-riot detection, detect criminals inside the house and the distribution of the hostages when rescue the hostages.

        B、搭载探测器件,对核废液储罐进行检查、测量、探伤等,对石化企业的大罐的内外壁进行检查、测量等工作。Equipped with detector for nuclear waste storage tank inspection, measurement, testing, etc,and for the inside and outside wall of big tank inspection, measurement in petrochemical enterprises.

        C、利用爬壁中的各项技术,在特殊场合如造船厂,采用磁吸附原理,将大大增加机器人的负载能力,机器人可以完成喷砂、喷漆等工作。If we use the climbing wall technologies,for special occasions, such as shipyards, using magnetic absorption principle, will greatly increase the robot's load capacity, this time robots can complete sand blasting, painting and so on.
